Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the u21 platform on this website, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the u21 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and u21 ("Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all users of the platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered users, and those accessing our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use u21's services. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To make full use of u21's services, you'll need to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
- Keeping your account information current and accurate at all times
U21 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by another party — whether with or without your knowledge — if you have failed to take reasonable security measures to protect your account.
Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions
U21 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
- Using automated software, bots or other tools to access or operate the platform
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information through the platform
- Carrying out any action that may damage, disable, or overburden the platform's infrastructure
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without authorisation
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and u21 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the u21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is valid, registered in your own name and has sufficient funds.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via the platform's supported payment methods, including FPX (online banking), TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to set limits and may vary depending on the selected payment method. All deposits are processed in RM and credited to your account upon confirmation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with u21's established procedures. The name on the bank account used for withdrawals must match the name registered on your u21 account. u21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Any attempt to carry out suspicious transactions, including money laundering, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be suspended immediately.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
U21 reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breaching any of the terms and conditions set out in this document
- Evidence or indication of multiple accounts being used by the same individual
- Suspicious activity or fraud indicators
- Failure to verify your identity when requested
- User's own request to close the account
- Extended account inactivity as defined by the platform's policy
If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be subject to review before being returned. u21 will notify you of any action taken via your registered email address, except where notification cannot be provided for security or legal reasons.
Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The u21 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. u21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or business disruption.
U21 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the platform for maintenance, system upgrades or other technical reasons without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the u21 platform, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and design, is the exclusive property of u21 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute any content from this platform without prior written consent from u21.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links and Governing Law

U21 reserves the right to modify, add or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
